The differences among commonly used terms have major implications for unique meanings that are developed in the MP. The differences relate to whether they relate to the limits of the ego intellect, or whether the term relates to the dynamics of Spiritual Consciousness.

The use of capital letters and colors for these special Metaphysical terms in OT/MP are intended to immediately begin to raise your consciousness about these differences. By becoming consciousness of these differences, you will be able to automatically recognize them when you encounter them in OT/MP.  More importantly, you will be able to relate these terms to your daily life. These concepts will be usd as a way of life to empower your management of your daily experiences.

USE OF THE COLORS BLUE AND red:
Underlined blue words and phrases  are always [except in this example] identify hyper links to other page elements, either within or outside of OT/MP, whether they have Metaphysical significance or not.  Where a return link cannot be provided, use your browser's "back" button to return you to your jump point.
Blue colored words are terms that have special Metaphysical significance because they are part of or relate to the Spiritual dimension of Consciousness. Reality can never by known by the ego intellect alone, but only through the Spiritual discipline of Meditation and Prayer. Only by that means can information in the intervening Spiritual Realms labeled "Reality" inform the sensate ego intellect.
For the same reason that Spiritually significant words are colored blue, when these terms Metaphysically refer instead to the limited sensate world of the ego owned intellectual consciousness, then these terms are colored red.
To avoid tedium regarding the use of colors: i.e., Metaphysically significant, red and blue colors are only used for:

(1) introduction of an important  metaphysical term, and
(2) later, for a reminder, and/or for reinforcement and emphasis at selected points in OT/MP in order for these Spiritually relevant terms to become second nature to you.

USE OF CAPITALIZATION:
ALL CAPITALIZED TERMS: e.g., GOD, TRUTH, PRESENCE, REALITY, THE LAW, imply that the referent for the term is beyond all human Consciousness capacity no matter how advanced or developed. The meaning of these all capitalized terms extends beyond that capacity of any word, symbol, or image to capture it.  What is not first held in C/consciousness cannot be processed by the intellect, no matter how great the intellect.  These are references to the ultimate GOD FIELD far beyond the capacity and potential grasp of all human minds, including collective human minds.  The intellect cannot grasp a correct and complete understanding of its meaning.   Scientists refer to these REALMS as the "invariance, or implicate order.  Therefore these terms are used as a best effort to name what cannot be named.
First Letter Capitalized: when the first letter of any Metaphysical term is Capitalized, e.g., "Consciousness," "Spiritual," "Reality" "Truth," "Law," etc., the capitalization implies the meaning has a Spiritual dimension that transcends the limits of the body's physical senses and ego intellect or mind.   These terms refer to events and conditions that cannot be detected, directed, or even imagined by the intellect and its five empowering senses (sight, sound, touch, taste, and feeling.) This Spiritual  Knowing cannot be achieved by any rational process, but it can be welcomed through deep meditation and prayer.  The evidence or results of Spiritual Knowing in the world is often called Intuition or Wisdom.  It is a skill that can and must be developed, but usually is not.
Lower case first letter: metaphysically significant terms that are found in lower case, are those which are defined, controlled and limited only by the ego's sensate intellect, i.e., that which is determined by, and therefore limited by our five senses and their connection to the manifest physical world. Examples of sense bound metaphysical terms include: "truth," "ego," "consciousness," "intellect," "reality," "religion," "agendas,"  "communication," and HIP (Human Information Processing) competence.
When a term contains both a capital and a lower case first letter, (e.g., C/consciousness, R/reality,) then you should understand that only in the context where this occurs, the meaning can be relevant to either or both the Spiritual dimension and/or the dimension of the ego intellect.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CONVENTIONS:
When the term "God" is a used: this is a reference to either the traditional Islamic reference (Allah,) or the Judeo-Christian reference to God, the "God of our Fathers."  Where the lower case term "god" is used, then the referent is for all other expressions of a concept of god.  As you will note from the glossary, only the references to GOD are relevant to the Principles of the Mystical Paradigm.

Metaphysical significance should not be attributed when you find terms that are normally capitalized, e.g.,
    proper names,  e.g., Audrey, Debbie, Diane, Vanessa, Ron, John, Thomas Jefferson, etc.
    phrase headings, e.g., "List of Items," Categories of Love,"  "Manual of Use," etc.
    titles, e.g., Dr. Jones, President Bush, Director of Planning, Dialogue 1, Preface and Introductory Matter, etc
    acronyms, e.g., USA, CEO, AFL/CIO, IRS, CIA,  FBI, NSA, etc.

The special acronym, HIP, for Human Information Processing competence (the third of the three ego overlays on C/consciousness,) as used in OT/MP, is always metaphysically significant as being bound to and limited by the ego owned intellect.

Note that the capitalized hierarchical relationship always applies even when these special terms are not also colored.

By paying attention to these conventions not only when reading OT/MP, but in your daily life.  You will quickly note how careless most people are with terms that can have profoundly different meanings for different people. This heightened awareness can empower your capacity to discriminate between Spiritual (Holistic) ideas, and the ego intellect's limited and limiting ideas as you encounter them in your daily life. This enhanced C/consciousness can produce many positive benefits.

The use of hypertext, in addition to linking with complementary or supporting WWW sites outside of OT/MP, hypertext on the Master Site Map page (Index, or Table of Contents equivalent) and other pages will permit you to jump around among and within each of the various pages in order to follow your areas of interest, e.g., to glossary, notes, scripture, and bibliographic references.

However, skipping around thorough OT/MP will be most effective only after you have first reviewed all of the allegories, parables, metaphors, their interpretations, and the seven major dialogues in their logical order of presentation.

The allegories, parables, and metaphors (and their interpretations) and the seven major dialogues are built on a logical sequence of steps in which information in the earlier pages prepare you for an easier and more integrated comprehension of the later pages. If you are serious about grasping the principles of the MP, you are strongly encouraged to accept the discipline of following the core logic the first time you engage this material.

In addition to 45 parables, allegories and metaphor and their interpretations, you will find a Preface and three short introductory dialogues that set the stage for OT/MP.  After the Preface and three brief introductory dialogues, you can read each of the major dialogues in sequence as the preferred and recommended path through OT/MP (Path 1,) or you can read each allegories and their interpretations in sequence.  The contents of these dialogues are summarized as follows:

Preface and The Three Part Introductory Dialogues:
The Preface serves the usual function in introducing the overall background and expectations for OT/MP;

Part 1, The First Introductory Dialogue serves to introduce the InQuiring Mind and the Mystical Protagonists, and establish the nature of their relationship. It sets the scope of the challenges to be addressed by OT/MP;

Part 2 of the Introductory Dialogues focuses on the challenges to humanity's survival. It suggests why our society is negligent in its collective lack of concern for our ecology.   It defines the relationship between this decline to the discrepancy between our dominant sensate or intellectual  consciousness compared with the required but currently insufficient Spiritual Consciousness;

Part 3 of the Introductory Dialogues presents an outline (picture-by-the-numbers) of the scope and scale of challenges already evident in 21st Century America. It argues that we already live in a corporocracy (kor poor 'ok ruh see) rather than a democracy. It makes a challenge that asserts our society is in a steep downward spiral of Spiritual impoverishment with consequent increasing social pathologies. The headlines tell us that nothing significant is presently being done to cope with this decline.  In fact the opposite is occurring.  Then OT/MP asserts that the solution can only be arrived at by means of a critical mass of the population being brought to a minimal Spiritual Consciousness, but that nothing is now in the offing to achieve that awakening, or correct this fatal array of growing personal and social pathology.

Dialogue 1: the nature and importance of C/consciousness: C/consciousness is the foundation concept for OT/MP. Consciousness in its various expressions has been ignored as relevant to the core nature of our personalities and our institutional extensions of ourselves..  But it is an important, even crucial factor that directs or influences every aspect of our behavior, including our religion and our politics. C/consciousness was even a forbidden concept, denied inclusion for research in science until nearly the last decade of the 20th century.  You will be exposed to crucial dynamics of C/consciousness that can have a helpful or disastrous impact on your life.  The biological, intellectual, and Spiritual dynamics of C/consciousness are the foundation factors from which the remaining dialogues are developed.  C/consciousness directly affects the nature of the three traps of the ego owned intellect whose qualities are uniquely combined for each person. These are: agendas, communication, and HIP.

Dialogue 2: the agendas, the first ego overlay on C/consciousness: the Mystical Paradigm will show how consciousness in the absence of Spiritual illumination first corrupts the experience of reality at the basic level of human needs.  The agendas are rooted in fear and are defense oriented and reactive. The agenda's are driven by the fundamental biological needs as detected and served by the five physical senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. Service to these needs depends upon achieving dominance over reality, including every relevant circumstances, every potential threat, and anyone who is perceived to have personal, institutional, or social power to affect a desired status, strategy, tactic, or outcome.

Dialogue 3: the Paradox of Communication, the second ego overlay on C/consciousness- : language and symbolic meaning is systematically acquired in the feeling context energized by the agendas.  The "meaning" of a word or symbol is acquired in the context of habitual patterns of emotion laden experience and are unique for each person.  This sets the second trap such that, what is understood by a receiver of a communication may not at all be what is intended by the sender.  The impact on each person's capacity to engage the relevant reality within the larger Reality is profoundly affected by this dynamic.  The impact of this defect ranges from adverse misinterpretations of the Bible and other sacred Scripture, to corrupted interpersonal relationships, through the problems we find today in international relations.

Dialogue 4: HIP (Human Information Processing) competence, the third ego overlay on C/consciousness-: :  In addition to the root influence of the agendas, and the culturally shaped influence of human communication, the capacity of each individuals to correctly and fully perceive the relevant complexity of any experience profoundly limits or facilitates their capacity to cope with their perceived reality.  The capacity to cope ranges from a low HIP (called "concrete,") to high HIP (called "abstract.")  Concrete HP persons may be seriously crippled in their capacity to cope with high information loads, high threat or stress, or complex conceptual implications for their well being.  Then they behave pathologically because they must choose from limited, corrupted, defective, incomplete, obscure, or poorly defined options.

Dialogue 5: obsessive power and control agendas which are ego grounded corruptions of the "self:" these permit and inflame the rise of the power monger. The dynamics of the agendas combine with communication and HIP dynamics during a person's path to adulthood. During this period, the nature of social and cultural influences interact with the person's biologically determined personality.  OT/MP will be concerned with the nature of how the ego corruptions described in dialogues 2, 3, and 4, combine to create the pathological expression of ego manifest in those who are addicted to power and control.  In particular, OT/MP focuses on the kind of person I call the "power monger."  The disparity between those who are in bondage to their ego consciousness will be compared to those who have become empowered to transcend their ego limited intellectual consciousness to achieve a useful level of Spiritual Consciousness. The relationship current social pathologies and this capacity for personal fulfillment and social stability is presented.

Dialogue 6: Karma and Reincarnation, the nature  and central role of perfect Spiritual Justice:  western culture remains mostly impoverished to understand the direct relevance of K & R to the lives of each of us.  The dynamics of K & R are developed to show how destructive actions originating in the ego are resolved through Spiritual interventions experienced as Karma.  There is little relation in current civil and criminal justice to the Spiritual Truths that define the dynamics of K & R. At best, the most advanced intellect is not able to fully understand the complex Spiritual outworking of K & R.  But sufficient understanding will be offered in OT/MP to create a basic, if not enormous, respect for these phenomenon in your life, and in the life of our society.   Hope for widespread social reforms depend upon sufficient numbers of persons having a useful understanding of the direct relevance of K&R concepts to their lives and their loved ones, and to the future of our society and for humanity.

Dialogue 7: Applied Spiritual Love, the only viable antidote to the vast array of interacting ego generated personal and social problems.  This is the culminating dialogue that develops your path to Spiritual Consciousness and its implementation for your daily life. It clarifies the benefits to be derived from making the investment to achieve that goal.  The power of Love as defined in this final dialogue has little relationship with erotic love, romantic love, idealistic love, or the quality of "love" attributed to airy fairy goodie-two-shoes" types of persons .  Such persons earnestly desires a world of peace and cooperation, are slavishly devoted to that goal, but the paradigm they rely on to achieve their goals is impoverished of the capacity to facilitate the achievement of their goals.  OT/MP ought make the nature of that discrepancy clear and suggest how a viable Spiritual Path based on Love can be created..

Concluding Epilogue: Embraces OT/MP's major allegory:  You are introduced to a secret meeting in which you observe the Infernal Catechism at the Final Meeting of the Secret Society of Power Brokers and Power Mongers (SSPBPM): A Melodrama.  This concluding allegory portrays the evolution of power and control agendas across the growth civilization to the present day.  A Spiritual counterpoint between the secret plotting of the power mongers is provided by the Master Watcher in his instructions to His newest class of Builders who are about to be born to earth.

You can simply read this epilogue for whatever understanding you may acquire.  You will find some assistance in that there are numerous links that return you to that point in a prior dialogue which creates some of the background information for that particular part of the Epilogue. Some readers my find their capacity to understand OT/MP at a useful level may be facilitated by first using the Epilogue as a comprehensive overview, and then going back to either path 1 or 2, e.g., perhaps the kind of person who likes to eat their dessert first!  You will choose the path that is best for you by forces that you will come to understand are directed by the nature of your Karma..

NOTE:  There is going to be a special challenge for you who undertake to engage the MP.  That is defined as "the curse of Holistic and systems thinking. " This is the requirement that, before you can fully understand any concept in a Holistic Paradigm which derives its meaning from all of the other concepts included in the Paradigm, you must understand all the other concepts.  But you can only meet them in a linear fashion, one at a time.  The nature of this "curse" is defined in more detail in the glossary.
